What is an offer (price)?

The offer is securities or commodity the latest transaction price, I .e. the latest amount agreed by the buyer and seller. For example, if Trader A agrees to sell A share to Trader B for $1, the share price will be $1 and will continue to be $1 until it is traded again at A different amount.
Where have you heard the offer?
When you look at stocks, quotes are usually the most prominent number. For investors, the attractiveness of a company's stock is related to its share price. If the company's share price is high relative to the company's earnings and prospects, it may discourage investors.
The information you need to know about the offer...
Investors use quotes to quickly understand the current value of a company.
The stock quote will be updated after each close, so you always see the latest agreed price. If the volume is high, the offer may continue to change.
The stock market quotes also include purchase Price and selling Price. The bid price is the current highest bid price for a particular stock, so you can see the maximum price a potential buyer wants to pay. The sell price is the current minimum sell price, which is the lowest price currently offered by the seller of the stock.
