Source of Funds and/or Wealth Check (SOF/SOW) requires proof that your funds come from a legitimate source. This may be your salary, savings, sale of property or other sources.
Phronimos Group ask you to indicate the source of the funds for several very important reasons:
- Verify that the operation performed was performed by you;
- Protect all our clients and their funds from fraud or any illegal activity;
- Comply with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations, including the FATF recommendations.
